  Why does Interheat lamp have a long life?

 

The short life of existing infrared lamps, which is less than a month in the continuous lighting, is due to the problem that the lamps cannot resist their own heat. However, the products of Interheat are manufactured based on the heat-resistant structural technology. The life of Interheat infrared lamps is same as the life of the filament. They last more than 6 months in the continuous lighting unless there is glass bulb damage due to external impact.

 

   Why is there no loose -base problem wiht Interheat infrared lamps?

 

 Since existing infrared lamps emit insufficient heat, piglets do not feel warm even under the infrared lamps and sometimes climb onto others' back instinctively trying to go near the lamps. This may give physical impact to the lamps and often cause damage to the lamps. Other manufacturers know that the heat quantity is sufficiently concentrated in the center if the filament is located in the optimum light center. But they only try to locate the filament as far as possible from light center due to the concern about the problem of short life.

Interheat can concentrate the total value of heat energy by simply placing the filament in the light center based on the confidence in the long life.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  Experiment Result in the [Final Report of the Contracted Research for the Technology Innovation Development      Project of Small and Medium Business]

 

The experiment result of temperature increase of inorganic sample

[Graph 1] is the measurement result of the temperature increase for each light source when the radiant heat is irradiated on the surface of the artificial textile for 30 minutes from the 50 cm distance directly underneath.

 

 

· The temperature increase of Interheat's 250W red coated lamp is the highest with the increase of 20.8℃, and Interheat's 250W Clear lamp is the next with the increase of 17.1℃.

 

· The temperature increase of Interheat's 175W red coated lamps, 12.2℃ is similar to the temperature increase of the 250W red coated lamps of an overseas A company, 12,4℃ despite the 75W less power consumption. Comparing with the overseas B company's 250W lamp, the temperature increase of the Interheat 175W lamp is higher.

 

· In the comparison of the same 250W lamps of Interheat and the overseas A company, the temperature increase of Interheat's is 20.8℃ and the A company's is 12.4℃, showing 1.8 times higher temperature increase.

 

 

 

The temperature increase result on the outer layer of the pork

[Graph 2] is the measurement result of the temperature increase for 30 minutes on the outer layer of the pork having skin-fat-lean meat located in the center at 50 cm distance directly underneath.

 

 

 · n comparison with two kinds of lamps of A company, there was a big difference in the temperature increase between Interheat's and A company's lamps. Bases on the temperature increase of Interheat's 250W infrared lamp, A company's 250W red coated lamp shows increase of 20.5℃, 67% of Interheat's lamp, and its PAR type 175W red coated lamp shows increase of 14.2℃, only 44.2% of Interheat's.

 

 · Interheat’s 250W red coated lamp shows 1.5 times temperature increase of the company A’s 250W lamp and 2.2 times of 175W lamp. This result proves that Interheat’s products have superior surface temperature increase effect to the two products of the company A.

 

 

Experiment result of temperature increase on the subcutaneous area of pork

[Graph 3] is the measurement result of the temperature increase for 30 minutes for the subcutaneous area of the pork having skin-fat-lean meat located in the center at 50 cm distance directly underneath of the infrared lamp by inserting the thermal conductivity sensor of thermal conductivity meter into 12mm in depth

 

 

· In comparison with two kinds of lamps of A company, there was a big difference in the temperature increase between Interheat's and A company's lamps. Bases on the temperature increase of Interheat's 250W lamp, A company's 250W lamp shows increase of 15.9℃, 60% of Interheat's lamp, and its PAR type 175W lamp shows increase of 9.8℃, only 37.1% of Interheat's.

 

· Interheat’s 250W red coated lamp shows 1.7 times temperature increase of the company A’s 250W lamp and 2.7 times of 175W lamp. This result shows more difference in the temperature increase than the experiment for the surface area, and proves that Interheat’s products have superior skin penetration effect to the two products of the company A.
